Who is Eligible for CBN’s Shape Up Challenge 2022?

The "CBN Shape Up Challenge 2022" Sweepstakes is open to residents of all 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of The Christian Broadcasting Network, Inc. or any of its affiliated organizations, along with their immediate family members (parents and children, guardians and wards) and/or those living in the same household as each are not eligible to win any prize. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Website's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both incorporated herein by reference) and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

How to Enter: 

No purchase is necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Beginning June 13, 2022 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through July 22, 2022 at 11:59:00 PM (ET), go to CBN.com/shapeupforsummer and complete the online entry information. To enter:

• Log in to designated Sweepstakes webpage, CBN.com/shapeupforsummer.
• Join CBN’s Official “Shape Up for Summer Challenge by clicking the “Register Now” button.
• By 11:59:00 p.m. each Friday (June 17, June 24, July 1, July 8, July 15, July 22) log your weight loss amount in the designated weight loss box. In order to be eligible for weekly prizes, you must log your weight loss information on a weekly basis. You may not log weight loss information for previous weeks after designated cut-off date. To be eligible for the weekly prize drawing, you must enter weight loss data on the designated weeks of the Sweepstakes.

As part of your entry, you must provide a valid street address, e-mail address, and phone number where you can be reached from June 13 through August 3. By providing your e-mail address, you are consenting to the use of this e-mail address by CBN.com, and their respective production companies or their representatives to e-mail you in connection with this Sweepstakes, for future offers and CBN.com-related updates. Limit one entry per person/email address per week irrespective of the method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person/e-mail address after the first entry received from that person/email address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means, which subvert the entry process are void.

How the Winners Will Be Chosen: 

Following the designated entry periods, from June 13, 2022 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through July 22, 2022 at 11:59:00 PM (ET) CBN will randomly select one winner from the entries received. The winners will receive the following prizes based on the dates that they entered the sweepstakes: 

• Fitbit Inspire fitness tracker for one (1) winner entering between June 13 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through June 17 at 11:59:00 PM (ET)
• Fitbit Inspire fitness tracker for one (1) winner entering between June 18 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through June 24 at 11:59:00 PM (ET))
• Fitbit Inspire fitness tracker for one (1) winner entering between June 25 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through July 1 at 11:59:00 PM (ET)
• Fitbit Inspire fitness tracker for one (1) winner entering between July 2 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through July 8 at 11:59:00 PM (ET)
• Fitbit Inspire fitness tracker for one (1) winner entering between July 9 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through July 15 at 11:59:00 PM (ET)
• Fitbit Inspire fitness tracker for one (1) winner entering between July 16 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through July 22 at 11:59:00 PM (ET)

Participation in CBN’s Shape Up Challenge 2022 is a participation-based Sweepstakes, not merit-based. There are no designated weight loss totals a Sweepstakes participant must reach to qualify for the prize.

To be eligible for the weekly prize, you must enter weight loss data on the designated days in that given week of the Sweepstakes to be eligible for the drawing.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value and Odds of Winning 

Prize(s) 6 Fitbit Inspire smart fitness watch (ARV $89) will be awarded at the end of Sweepstakes. 

Only participants who have met all of the requirements will be eligible to be chosen as winners. Odds of being chosen as a winner depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) weekly prize per household. 

Conditions of Participation:

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prize by winner is permitted, but in the event of unavailability, CBN will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of CBN, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for CBN and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. CBN may otherwise use the entry in accordance with the terms of CBN’s "Terms of Use" posted on the CBN.com website. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to hold CBN, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of prize. CBN is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

If the original e-mail to a potential prizewinner is not responded to by the potential prizewinner within designated time (three (3) days from timestamp of email notification), that entry will be returned to the entry pool and an alternate entrant (in order of selection) may be selected until one (1) entrant is reached.

CBN is not responsible or liable for computer error or any technical malfunctions of the Internet service provider's (ISP) network.

CBN is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, CBN reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event the online portion of the promotion must be cancelled for any reason, remaining entrants will be chosen at random from among all eligible entries received at time of online termination and all e-mailed entries.

DISPUTES: As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia, having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard for doctrines of conflict of law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and entrant (and his/her parent or legal guardian) further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
