Congratulations on joining CBN's Shape Up for Summer Challenge with Dr. Josh Axe!
We're so excited for you! Over the coming days and short weeks, you're going to experience improved sleep, weight loss, gut health, mental clarity, and more.

The Shape Up for Summer Challenge runs for six weeks from June 13-July 22.
GETTING STARTED IS AS EASY AS 1-2-3!
1. Food swap: Reduce sugar and carbs from your diet while increasing healthy fat consumption.
2. Start moving: Ease into physical activity and exercise. Start walking and follow along to easy-to-follow exercise videos.
3. Be uplifted: Begin a spiritual health plan. By incorporating an attitude of thankfulness and a heart of worship, you can improve the important mind/spirit/body connection and experience life-changing results!
THE NEW YOU—A FAT BURNING MACHINE!
When you follow Dr. Axe’s recommendations and make several key nutritional changes—like swapping your food intake to a low carb/high fat diet, your body will also follow suit—swapping the “fuel source” that it uses to keep you energized. When your body stops burning glucose or sugar—and starts burning dietary fat, then your body will trigger a state called “ketosis,”—becoming a fat burner rather than a sugar burner.
